Computer Classes

Another facet of teaching is for computers. Actually many of the houses in Puma Marca do not have electric power let alone such things as computers or the Internet.

However the school teaches to grade 6, after which the children got to the High School in Cuzco - this often involves a long walk down the hillside to get to school.

At High School there is usage of computers, so our task is to introduce the older children to computers and show them some basics, like loading disks, etc., Word, and Excel.

Claes, our Swedish volunteer (and also a computer technician back home runs these courses. Here are some photos of a session.
